Our story
BooBoo’s Books is a cosy little book service based in the UK. We sell used books, and we help people pass their old favourites on to new readers.
How it all began
It started with a stack of much-loved books gathering dust. They had made us smile, laugh and dream, and it felt a shame to leave them sitting there. So we decided to find them somewhere new to live.
That small idea grew into BooBoo’s Books: a gentle, happy way to send pre-loved books on to people who will love them just as much.
What we do
People across the UK send us the books they have finished with. We look after each one, then match it with a reader who will treasure it. Every book gets a fresh start, and every reader finds a new story to fall into.
Why it matters to us
Every book we rehome is one less book thrown away, and one more happy reader somewhere in the UK. It is kinder to the planet, kinder to your bookshelf, and full of the warm feeling you get when you pass on something you love.
